Cleanest place you will ever park. Safe, secured 24 hrs with on-site security. Showers and seating area inside. Well worth the cost and there is plenty on room to maneuver around. Wish there were more across the country. (Cup photo at Petro, in Milan, NM)

I would HIGHLY recommend Riggy’s to any driver looking for a clean, safe and all the driver amenities we all need while on the road. I stumbled upon Riggy’s while passing by making a delivery and googled it when I got in my dock door. Process is very simple unless of course your like me and over analyze stuff. 😂. This is when I first came in contact with David the Operations manager and Co-Founder. He helped me very quickly to identify my bay. Had the chance to visit with him for a bit while he was on the phone. David comes from a truck driving family and knows our struggles when it comes to parking.He also did what other prolly would not and that was to make room for me as I had to extend my reservation multiple days as I did a couple local runs and the timing when done would have left me in a bind. Also I fell ill and asked if there was anything still available and he assured me he would make a spot. And yes he did just that. David treats you like an individual rather than a driver and that in itself was nice.I encourage everyone to try Riggy’s truck parking! They are also expanding from what I was told sometime this fall which is exciting to know!All I can say is Riggy’s and David made it simple and would say out of every paid lot I had parked at this one doesn’t compare to any of the others in the past! Clean, clean and clean is all I can say!Oh and free showers and use of the washers and dryers as well as a lounge for the drivers!I could go on and on but you should see what I am talking about yourself and give them a try!!!!

Holy moly it’s sooo dope I’m telling you if you are having issues looking for legit parking for overnight or more up to a monthly parking come here! They even got FREE SHOWERS AND FREE LAUNDRY !! Plus security guards are cool as well. Btw I had my pup do his thing and even got to play some fetch time without any issues from the guards but I’m sure they’ll say something if you don’t pick up after your pup so don’t mess it up for everyone PLEASE. Have a good one drivers😎🐶

This place was amazing! Parking lot has plenty of space to move, the parking lot is well lit, they also have security riding around the the parking lot keeping an eye on things, the facilty was ver clean and well maintained. I will be coming back here to park. The most secured place ever!!!!

This is such a great facility!! It’s clean, easy parking, affordable! I’m really blown away. The owner Dave is extremely helpful as well as easy to get in contact with! I recommend this facility to everyone!!! The showers are clean! The lot is extremely safe I will be back again without a doubt!

This place is amazing. I reserved a spot in Katy yard. They have security personal around to provide a safety environment. Showers and laundry are available for FREE with your reservation. I don’t know about the other yards that they have but this one in Katy is perfect!

Great place to park the loves stays packed so this is the best option. They have great showers. That are very clean. A nice lounge area if u just want to get out of the truck. 100% recommend

We are thankful with Riggy’s truck parking. We parked our trailer for several days in Houston and the attention was excellent, the location perfect and the security very good. Mr. Dave was very patient when I went to pickup our trailer, he explained me the completed process to made it and pickup the trailer. With the application is easy to get access after sign in and verification. Also have multiple convenient location. I recommend it 100%.

Needed to park my trailer outside of downtown Houston for two weeks in a safe spot. After an extensive search for a facility, I found this place online. At first I thought this was only for big trucks. I was welcomed and was given a long introduction about the facility and its security. It’s priced well. With 24 hr security, and easy access with an app which I got help to set up, I was in and out within 20 mins. I was able to get the trailer at almost midnight with ease and get access with an app. The area is well lit and security was roaming around at midnight too. I will be back when I bring my trailer in town again!

This turned out to be an excellent overnight stop in Katy, TX which is always busy and difficult to find parking in late afternoon. The paved lot and all amenities including immaculate private bathrooms and showers were far better than any truck stop I have ever stayed at. The lot is extremely secure, gated and also has on site security. I had the opportunity to meet with the owner during my stay who greeted me upon my arrival and took the time to show me all of the amenities. I would highly recommend staying at one of these locations for a comfortable and secure stay. Cost was $25.00 for twenty four hours.

Probably the best place I've ever been at. $25 dollars for reserved parking plus a free shower and free laundry! I've never been to a place that offers all that for that price. Well lit and super secure! Two guards there 24/7 . Lots of room to park also. About 75 ft between rows of trucks which makes it super easy to park. You don't have to worry about hitting the truck across from you.

Great place to stay, very secure, security guards on site, lots of cameras. Inside facilities are amazing. Include clean showers with good water pressure, big TV and lounge chairs, kitchen area to make food and tables with chairs to sit and eat/relax. Truckers need more places like this!

The nicest truck lot I’ve ever seen! Super clean trucker’s lounge with free showers, free laundry, and tv! I always see security patrolling the lot, not to mention all the cameras everywhere watching it 24/7. Your truck is definitely safe when parked here. Highly recommend!
