We come from a multi-generational family of truckers and know firsthand the struggles of finding reliable truck and trailer parking. We set out to make truck parking an easier task for semi truck drivers everywhere. Our goal is to make it easy for owner-operators, truckers, large fleets, and all carriers within the transportation industry to find a clean and secure place to park and store their trucks, trailers, and containers.
Visit a Dallas neighborhood and you are likely to find trucks parked in residential driveways and or streets. This happens even though city rules expressly forbid it. Recently, the Dallas City Council Quality of Life Committee voted to uphold existing rules banning parking on driveways and streets.
Despite this, considerable confusion exists on how to interpret existing parking rules. These loopholes have allowed truckers to avoid citations for non-compliance. However, the general consensus is that new street parking regulations will be in place much faster. The short story: it will only get more difficult to find trucking parking space.
