Im trying to open a Riggys in central Orlando area, and I would run it very different. It’s a truck stop, bathrooms need to be thoroughly cleaned. Sinks need to be cleaned. Washers and dryers need to be cleaned. Please do better than this.

The parking and facilities at this location are so much better than parking at the pilot in Olive branch.

Seems people are stealing spots. Sucks when you pay and this happens. First spot occupied second spot occupied third spot was open.

It’s about time that the owner check in, unannounced. I have given it chance after chance but it’s getting worse each time. Dirty! No tissue, bathrooms are filthy, toilets look like they’re cleaned once a week, no towels. It seems that whoever the guy is that sits on his laptop, he never moves from his seat. He cannot be who is responsible for the upkeep of this place. If so, he must have a very unsanitary standard of his own and he needs to be properly trained. The parking area is great, quiet and clean but I pay for showers as well that I haven’t felt comfortable taking due to the conditions of the bathrooms.

This place is like a terminal away from your home terminal if your truck driver. It has free laundry amenities, and lounge for you to chill and watch TV, fresh towels for your clean hot shower, a microwave to heat your food, and then take machines. We really appreciate Riggy's, it's in the heart of a trucking community of businesses and we feel safe while we're there.PS. It could be a little tidier, truck drivers can be nasty people, I'm not one of them but I definitely notice when things are not clean.Update April 8, 2025One thing about Riggy's they are always trying to improve. For one, the towels were really soft. The first time we visited this place in 2024 the towels felt like sandpaper. My husband complained and men don't usually complain about towels 😂In the largest shower they have a very soft bench that you can sit on and put your lotion on or whatever you do after your shower.They also have a bend for the use towels right inside of the bathrooms but the large shower, for some reason the water goes out really really slow and it runs all over the floor.Riggy's has bumped up to 4.5 stars with me. Keep improving Riggy's we really appreciate you guys.

This is paid parking but you get more for you money here than anywhere in the area. According to the rental agreement they do charge you for leaving trash around and for parking in spots that are not yours. This is a good thing, it should help keep the parking area cleaner for all of us to enjoy. The gates and the doors to the building open with an app. The showers and the restrooms are the same. Overnight there is no cleaning so it's up is to keep it clean. I presume your moms don't work here either. If you have a company credit card with your name and the company name on it, it might not work. My card works works fine for every paid parking but this one. Overall it is a good place to park in the Memphis area.

Bathroom was clean, parking spot is labeled very clean asphalt, trash can available, shower was nice and overall I would definitely park here every month. Secure with camera and if u dont have the app to get in you are NOT getting in. Very easy process

10 out of 10 would definitely recommend. This lot was the best I have been to in a long time. Free showers, free wash and dry. It has a lounge you can sit and watch some tv. 👍🏾👍🏾

Excellent parking! Concrete! Our company pays for a few spots here and its the best! I love the barbed wire security fence here it makes it easy to sleep in a very scetchy park of town.

Simply put: this is the Truck parking quality and safety standard that should be provided to all you drivers out there, Riggy’s has set the bar higher, to settle for more -come on by!

This is PAID parking but it beats being booted in Memphis by predatory tow companies. The lots has 217 well marked truck parking spaces. It's well maintained and clean. No pot holes, no trash, and no bad smells.Your food options are limited to the vending machines but they do take Apple Pay. Showers are free and towels are available. They have a washer and dryer, a television, and comfortable chairs. There's a desk area with outlets of you want to charge and work.There's free WiFi. It works well. Riggy's uses an app to open the entrance and exit gates as well as the lounge.Don't overstay your reservation, you might not be able to get out or use the bathroom.

Neat and clean which is sometimes hard to find these days. Also secure parking with showers and laundry for 25 dollars? I don't know of any other place that offers that! Plus a TV and charging ports for your phone! Believe me if I'm ever in the area that's where I'm parking! And I'll be able to sleep peaceful knowing the gate is locked and nothing or no one is going to mess with my load.

Great place to park. Amazing booking system very user friendly. Booked my parking super fast and everything handle on the app. The truckers lounge my favorite part super clean the showers are like 5 star resort. Definitely a place to be comfortable away from home. Highly recommended.

This place is top notch in all areas. Very secure, easy access, and very clean facilities. Don’t have any second thoughts about booking a spot here if you are in need of parking your truck or trailer and leaving it behind!
